Each one of us, no matter the role, has a commitment to our patients to make the road to a round head and normal development as easy as possible. This starts with the initial process of referring a baby, figuring out the insurance game and then starting treatment with a pediatric specialist as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on formulating home programs that cater to a family’s individual lifestyle and schedule. We have proven that modifying day to day activities can have huge impacts on a baby and their overall well-being.

Jennifer has been a pediatric Occupational Therapist for over 20 years and really, just loves babies. Always has. She is married, has three daughters, 2 dogs and 8 turtles. She loves a good bike ride, walks with the pups and connecting with friends over a cool margarita.
She thrives on making a small but significant difference in families’ lives and seeing the improvements in head shapes STILL makes her giddy. She loves to teach other professionals and is ready to build her army of therapists worldwide to change the way plagiocephaly is treated.

She is no longer a sports cheerleader, but she carries that positive spirit through to her work as a PT. After graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UTMB in Galveston, she immediately began working in pediatrics.
Jenn has experience in outpatient, head shaping clinic, acute care, intensive care, and her favorite- the NICU! With dedicated experience working with infants pre- and post-frenectomy for tethered oral tissues, Jenn enjoys helping babies and families navigate early feeding difficulties. Babies are Jenn's passion, and she gets so much joy out of helping optimize movement and milestone achievement with each and every family she encounters.
Jenn's husband is also a PT and they have three small children (also future PTs?!). In her free time she enjoys exercising, cooking, and playing with her kids.

She graduated from The University of Louisiana Monroe and has been a pediatric OT practitioner for almost 3 years! She is excited to be marrying her high school sweetheart, Robert, in August of 2025! Mary Grace was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana and just recently moved to Dallas. She graduated from The University of Louisiana Monroe and has been a pediatric OT practitioner for almost 3 years! She is excited to be marrying her high school sweetheart, Robert, in August of 2025!
